These terms of service (ToS) apply to all services offered by AwayDays, an event booking platform and associated services (accommodation, transport).

2. Services offered

AwayDays offers two types of services:

• Redirect to partner sites for direct booking
• Centralized booking service with service fees

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in euros including tax. For the centralized booking service, service fees of €49 apply per order.

4. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation conditions vary by provider. For centralized bookings, AwayDays applies a flexible cancellation policy under conditions.

5. Liability

AwayDays acts as an intermediary. Responsibility for services (events, accommodation, transport) lies with the direct providers.

6. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR.
